Returns & Refunds

At Vesuvio Food, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality artisan bread. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products.

This is standard across the industry—most online bakeries do not allow returns once bread has been baked or shipped due to food safety and freshness concerns.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives:

We will make it right.

To qualify:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Include your order number
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we may offer at our discretion:

A replacement shipment, or
A store credit, or
A refund to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Delays caused by shipping carriers or weather
Products left outside after delivery
Personal taste preferences
Failure to properly store or handle the product

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, Vesuvio Food is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

However, we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier when applicable.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase
Once production or shipping begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable
If a replacement is issued, shipping may be covered depending on the situation
