All bread is:

  • Baked fresh in small batches
  • Cooled properly to maintain quality
  • Bagged and packaged the same way a traditional Italian bakery would
  • Shipped quickly to reach you at peak freshness

We do not freeze our bread, as this affects the texture and authenticity of the product.

🚚 Processing Time

Bread orders placed by Thursday at 1 PM Eastern are scheduled to ship the following Monday. Orders placed after Thursday at 1 PM Eastern are scheduled to ship on Monday of the following week.

This is the shipment schedule, not a promised delivery date. Transit time begins after shipment, not when the order is placed. This bread shipment schedule does not apply to separately fulfilled print-on-demand merchandise.

Because our bread is made fresh:

  • Orders may be scheduled around baking cycles
  • High demand periods may slightly extend processing times
