Vesuvio Food Company is a family-run artisan bakery based in Palm Bay, Florida, bringing the flavors of Southern Italy to your table. Every loaf we bake is made from scratch using time-honored recipes, premium ingredients, and a sourdough starter that's been alive for over 35 years.

Our Story

The Vesuvio name carries the spirit of Naples — bold, warm, and deeply rooted in tradition. We started this bakery because we believed that real bread, the kind that takes time and care to make, deserves a place on every American table. From our rustic semolina batards to our hand-stretched focaccia, every product is baked fresh daily and shipped directly to you.
